1.Who Can Use Jobleo

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Jobleo, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you're using it for your business.

Jobleo provides communication tools, but you control how you use them. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws governing your outreach — including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, A2P 10DLC registration, and carrier requirements — and for obtaining and honoring consent from the people you contact. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your messaging.

6.Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of the content and data you put into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display Your Content to operate the Service for you. You're responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it.

7.Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content we provide, is owned by Jobleo and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.

8.Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party tools (such as payment, messaging, and analytics providers). Your use of those tools may be subject to their own terms, and we're not responsible for third-party services.

9.Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific business result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobleo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jobleo and its team from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, your messaging, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12.Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

13.Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. For material changes to the Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date and provide reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Jobleo is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by law.
