As a contractor using Jobleo, you may store and process information about your own leads and customers ("Client Data"). You are responsible for that data and for obtaining any consents required to collect and message those individuals. We process Client Data on your behalf as described in your agreement with us.

To process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing notices.

3.Text Messaging & Communications Consent

Jobleo includes calling, SMS, and email tools. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service and account-related messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP.

If you use Jobleo to message your own customers, you are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent (including under the TCPA and applicable A2P 10DLC / carrier rules) before contacting them, and for honoring opt-out requests.

4.Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, measure performance, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the Service works. We may also use analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (such as Meta) to measure traffic and campaign performance.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service:
